So please share site url and admin section access (or screenshots of concerned pages) and explain the requirements in its context. I have a few specific queries also - 1. registration form is already working and data is being saved in database or that has to be done also? 2. Filter for selecting users to send mail is already there or has to be added? At a time to how many will you "send file"? Mailing providers block bulk mailing as "spam". So its important to know. Once I study the existing site and have answers to above, I will be able to assess scope of work precisely. I will revise / confirm my bid accordingly. Detailed specifications and inputs will also help me make an informed commitment and deliver as required. I will need CPanel or PHPMyAdmin and FTP access when I do actual work.
