Need a site that functions like ChatRoulette but its 4 people instead of 2, and people can vote to kick a user off. Votes require 2/3 users not being kicked to agree to kick someone. Must be built in 1 week. Another feature is a chat can be invite only with a Chat ID or a link generated in the Chat. Verified and unverified users are allowed. But a filter should exist. Verified means signed up with facebook. Unverified is signed up with google, e-mail, or a user that isn't signed in.
