Ad Clicker script

Dear Freelancers. I am looking for a professional ad clicking php script. I need the developer do following coding for me : 1- The Clicker must load a banner ad that will be invisible but on bottom of mouse following the visitors move. 2- The script must load for 15 seconds if no click than remove banner from the mouse cursor. 3- The script must detect bot visitors like hitleap and simmilar that has no mouse cursore movement or autclickers. and not load the banner at all 4- When the visitor makes a click the main url that visitor is viewing must load in new tab ( Because the current tab will redirect to the ad campaign.) 5- Admin must be able to set average CTR % so means how many clicks must receive from 100 visits if ctr set 2% than 2 clicks on every 100 visitors. 6- Must not be on ip visit but cokies must be used per visitor per hour. So the clicker aain can load same visitor after 1 hour again if visits the links. 7 For every added banner the admin must set ctr % SO if added 2 banners the second banner can load to same visitor. if visited again in any time but the ad must load 1nce per hour per visitor. WHo can build this php app for me ? Just every ad must redirect and the visitors main loading page must load on new tab. Please serious coders contact me.
