Coding and order process for my website - Full details are shown below

I need an order process creating for my particular product which is companies. The process is (frontend) 1. Search page ( see attached file as an example "f_landing")THEN 2. List the companies page ( this can be the same as the (search page) with a drop down. The listing will show depending on what they have selected from Item 1 above. THEN 3. They will then click on the company that is of interest to them which will show full details on the company like... Company name, Co number, location, age, type of company, history, notes on the company, etc ( roughly 20/30 fields showing data. THEN 4. The company will show price and they have have two options to purchase A. Stripe B. Offline payment. Details will be given on this page as to how to make Bank Transfer. THEN 5. Once they have made payment then they will get confirmation via email of the order. If paying via STRIPE they will also get payment confirmation as well. 6. There also needs to be a section for KYC (know your client) so they can upload ID in the form of passport and proof of address. 7. If UK company then the company documents can be loaded onto their admin panel so they can download. Process ( backend) MAIN ADMIN PANEL and CUSTOMER ADMIN PANEL.n Customer admin panel ================== So for example they have purchased a company then they will be added as a customer in their own customer section and also this will be stored in the main admin panel. Will show all details about the customer what he has inputted and all the company details showing what he has purchased. With full company details MAIN ADMIN PANEL ================= Will list all companies for sale. Will be around 50/60 fields for this section. Full mockup will be provided to the winning bidder. It will mainly show: - All company details - If we sell the company on behalf of someone then it will all their contact details along with pricing. Sometimes we sell companies on behalf of other people. - I need to know at any time what is for sale/sold/on hold/ etc and this must be able to be updated from the admin panel. - payment section showing what we have sold. I have used different admin panels and can provide one for the winning bidder. Note: I will give you the header and footer of the site and you can enter the code and other items in between this. There will be a register and login page when someone wants to access there companies list or register when its a new account. This project is not to complete my website but the order process for the companies from start to finish. I can provide a flow chart if requested. Other parts of the website will completed at a later date. The site needs to be fully responsive. I would expect HMTL, PHP, BOOTSTRAP, mySQL skills to be required. Project time is 1 month. I will give the winning bid to the person(s) who I think can deliver this project. The work will be hosted on my server. If you have any questions then please let me know.
