complete a semi finished wordpress tipster plugin

i have already developed with another company a tipster plugin (if you know what tispter is very helpfull) and i have to finish with some major additions and some fixes. 1) i have already created tables for football games and i want to create statistics with shortcode for each category of the tables i have. 2) i want to add some extra column to admin or frontend with some fields 3) i also want to have s sound (something like a beep sound) when a new field in table will be created ( i use autorefresh at the moment and if there is a way to trigger a sound whenever the database has new fields) 4) i want all games to be archived in another table with any kind of sorting (by date, by category, by sport) so i anyone can go and see what was the results for yetsterday games. 5) highlight the table rows whenever the cursor hover. 6) i want intergration for SMS..so whenever a new game is posted i want to have the option to send sms to specific categories of users and connect it with any subscription plugin (THIS CAN BE DONE AT THE END WITH EXTRA COST) 7) find particular subscription plugin for users and capabilities..so we can add the sms on it. 8) some corrections and additions in admin page (like sorting, etc) I really want someone expert for this and if it is possible to done in some days we have a lot of projects more! the website is [login to view URL] and i can give more details if we start the project.
