Configure Shopify Web-shop to Have Customer Specific Product List with Specific Pricing Per Customer

Hello, I have a web shop built on the shopify platform [login to view URL] and I am needing to configure shopify ideally thru an add on app to give us the following functionality:
Customer logins can only be created by the site administrator
If a customer has been assigned a login we can determine the pricing they see in 2 ways
A) % discount dependent on the customer classification i.e. Gold Customer receives 30% discount from web shop, Silver 20% and Bronze 10%
B) The customer has specific pricing related to a pre-determined/assigned product list – this could be a manually selected product list or indeed a complete product collection i.e. if the customer was only interested in CAT final dives they would only see the CAT machine make and models when logged in with the pre-agreed pricing level
I am looking for a developer to configure this functionality – we have a test site setup that we can allow access to.
