Convert a Template to a Website : LANDING PAGE + EMAIL + SOCIAL

THIS IS A RUSH REQUEST for approximately 4-6 hours for an experienced programmer to begin at approximately 5-6 PM Pacific Time 7/11/17 (San Francisco). Job will be appointed around 4-5 PM Pacific. I will be traveling in next hours and offline, thank you for your interest and bid. DELIVERABLES 1. MAILCHIMP EMAIL: code/ test/ optimize an existing photoshop file for mailchimp responsive email. LANDING PAGE: Help finalize coding/ testing / and optimization of Grid / Materialize landing page design. I started coding it — need an experienced coder to help me finalize, or to start from scratch if necessary This is it in progress (there will be four products total — where the one card is) It is javascript heavy [login to view URL] Also will need: - small php form (name , email, phone, two checkboxes ) + linked to database and to generate email to two recipients. - Create a confirmation modal with social links - Advise on creating an auto-response confirmation email - Testing - analytics - Also interested in bots advising for server BONUS: Social media : Take a design for Instagram or Facebook and translate to appropriately sized and properly clear-spaced for other social media channels: - Instagram - possible looping motion graphic video - Facebook - ads + company banner - Twitter - static banner - Google Plus - static banner - Houzz - static banner PLEASE INDICATE ON YOUR BID IF IT INCLUDES THE SOCIAL MEDIA COMPONENT YOU!
