CoreBound - Digital Enterprise Inventory

Hi everyone! We are an Italian startup called Overlappers, and we are looking for a developer who can help us setting up a prototype of a Web Application. The core app's function is to highlight the matching between roles (considering location and each features) and equipment linkedd to that specific role. The web app should be able to manage the linkages between the different areas from a master database. We posted an excel file on how the hierarchy should be defined inside the framework and the two different type of users and will be able to use the web app. In fact, the webapp must present a double type of access to date: one is reserved for the admin, who can modify, remove, add and alter features, characteristics and other search fields. The second one is the viewer, who can only search, consult and view passively the output of the webapp. The search result is one of the core points for the app: we need to have the possibility to link roles and functions in each company (sheet 1 and 2) with an output represented by multiple features/equipment listed in sheet 3. The search can include more information, e.g. we can serch equipement required not just by a single element (say roles), but by more elements (roles + company, or roles+ functions). The opposite should work: search for equipment to know which roles/features/companies use that specific equipment. Our project is time constrained, we would like a fast development of the application. If the project will match our expectations we might accomodate additional rewards.
