Correct errors and implement new functions in Yii2 project

I have a PHP project created with Yii2 framework. This project has several errors that have to be corrected and new functions to implement:
To correct:
- Some filters in the index page bring the items, but those aren't properly show in the dropdown filter section.
- There are some dependant dropdown items that doesn't work properly.
To implement:
- The majority of the create button should call a modal popup window, some of those windows are the usual create form, but there are a few that are a wizard. At the end, when the submit button is pressed, it should redirect to the previous page, updated with the new item.
- There should also be calls to modal popup window inside of some forms.
The freelancer should tell me if needs me to create a new table or make modifications in the database.
I will provide credentials for FTP access to the project.
