Create an account area for drivers and riders

Hello, my site has a signup function for drivers.
however, there is actually nothing for them to see once they sign up
I would like for you to create my account area for the drivers
Just to show all of there data they are required and to show they are listed with the site
I would also like for admin to know who actually signs up as a driver.
Currently, it is set up for the admin to get an email then the email says to go check the user area.
This causes a lot of confusion as the user area is very large and hard to keep track of whos actually new. So I would like an email sent with the new driver's details
This all goes the same for new Riders they need an account area as well that shows where they have placed a request.
