Create CSS to add space around image.

I need custom CSS created to make the space to the left of the image increase. I have attached a .txt file with the URL of the page that we need to be changed. It also includes the code and CSS that we are using now.
Ideally, I would like to adjust just the .css as the code is used on many, many pages and we would have to manually change all the pages.
When looking at the web page, I am trying to add space to the right of the book so it looks better.
The code and CSS are entered through the back end of Joomla into a component so it would need to be Joomla compliant.
Please speak English well.
