Create a document repository with its protocol log

I will upload documents in pdf, xls, wrd, jpg to the repository in two ways:

- sending an email with Subject:date ; Att:. document

- or scanning the paperwork and uploading to the repository by drag-and-drop or upload button

For each document uploaded or sent by mail the system will generate authomatically a Business Protocol Code; this unique code will be numeric:

Year (2 digit) Month (2 digit)Day (2 digit) Serial (2 digit) = Document Protocol (concatenation 8 digit)

i.e. 18022304 =23 February 2018 serial 04

- The first 6 digit will be created using the date in the subject of the mail or requested during the uplad procedure

- Then the sys will look-up into the repository folder searching for the last serial of the date (+1) increasing it by one (or stating form 01 if no doc is already present for that date)

3. The system must be able to check the correspondence between protocol log and file in the repository; if these conditions are violated an error message in the xls must be displayed pointing out rows with discrepancies

4. Log should be downlodable in xls (please see att. file)

Linux/MySql environment

We have an exiting DB and environment working on it would be very much appreciated (but not necessary)
