Create Fiscal Year Accounting Calendar Helpers in PHP

I'm not familiar with 445,, accounting, or fiscal calendars. Was wondering if someone could write the following php methods to generate days from a fiscal accounting calendar programmatically. The fiscal accounting calendar I've been provided is attached.
