Hello,
I’m looking for someone to create a website to book doctor appointments online.
Please read this description carefully and only bid if you really understand the requirements and can deliver.
In no particular order:
The website itself will be a simple site allowing the user to search by type of specialism, location etc.
This will display a list of doctors with their availability both in table format as well as on a map. The user can click on an available slot and then make an appointment. This will trigger a notification by SMS and by email to the user. A notification will also be sent to the doctor.
We may also implement this functionality where the user will be able to search by map by selecting a location on the map.
Doctors that do not want to offer appointments on the website will also be listed. For those cases, the user will simply have an option to send a message to the doctor without booking online.
Doctors will have access to a backend to be able to update their available slots, cancel appointments etc.
I would like a subscription payment option for doctors on a monthly basis (PayPal or similar). If they do not pay their monthly subscription, their listing will automatically be deactivated until they pay.
There will be a simple review system with users able to leave short reviews and select a five star rating. Doctors will be able to reply to those reviews. Abusive reviews can be flagged for review by a moderator.
The site will be in two languages. I will provide all content.
Users can register and login but can also use social logins such as Google and Facebook.
Doctors can upload photos of their practice, their own photo etc. These will be reduced in size if needed. They can also upload a short CV and description of the services they offer.
The website will be responsive and adapt to various display sizes. Images and content will load lazily.
The website needs to be webview compatible, meaning an Android/iOS app can quickly and efficiently be created *without* much additional coding.
The server is Debian based.
IMPORTANT
I am not looking for someone to write thousands of lines of code from scratch.
What I need is someone experienced and familiar with the *existing* right tools and frameworks to build a modern website.
The web developer must be very familiar with security measures. Databases must be encrypted, all areas of the website will be secure, etc. The final website will be audited by a security vulnerability tester.
Again, I want someone familiar with modern, open source, light, fast and responsive frameworks. I don’t want long, complicated, proprietary code.
