The idea is to create a website similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] where customers can: 1 - Type in their consignment details including: senders postcode, delivery postcode, parcel weight and parcel dimensions 2 - Based on delivery postcode and dimensions transfer to a page listing a range of suitable parcel services from our network of couriers. Services will be split into coloums - Next Day, 2 Day, 3+ Day serivices 3 - Once selected a delivery service, the user can type in more detailed info on parcel contents, delivery address, contact details etc. The completed parcel details will then be added to the basket. 4 - Completing this, the user will then be transfered to a payment portal (such as PayPal, WorldPay etc) to pay for any labels/parcels created on the site. 5 - Upon checkout the user will recieve a confirmation message with details on how to print the labels (which will be manually emailed by my team) and their nearest parcel drop off location. Postage services will need to be set up by myself or an admin. Full details including max dimensions, weight and serivce postcodes will be provided. In the backend our admin account must list all the purchases made from the website with full consignment details etc. Both frontend and backend systems must be easy to use, intiitive and bright and modern in design. The developer doesn't have to create a whole system from scratch. If there is an opensource or paid for solution that can be altered and modified to suit my requirements. The winning developer will need to provide full training on the system via teamviewer or similar and will need to provide 3 month support to iron out any possible bugs or issues. Ongoing, the developer will need to be contactable to fix any issues with the website. We will supply the domain, logo, suitable hosting package and then suitable control panel access for the winning developer to deploy our system. This system not only has the features you outlined in job post but also has various other features that are required to run it as a business. Currently, it has two carriers DHL and OWE integrated.
