Creation of Financial Chart Overlay in Html5: Stage 1 -- 2

I am looking to have some code that I have written in Amibroker (C++) converted into HTML5 and jscript and possibly Canvas. There are about 5300 lines of code, although many are //Comments. I have attached a screenshot of what the overlay looks like. | can also provide a demonstration. Stage 1 involves replicating what has been created using static data Stage 2 (not included) involves linking up to live data. The technology is the subject of an International Patent Application and in addition, a Non-Disclosure Agreement will need to be signed. I would prefer not to deal with a team, as that just adds layers of complexity that I do not want. Please provide examples of your work, links to website. Please quote either as an hourly rate, or a fixed price (with an assumption of hours). Please do not put a time frame on this as this is likely to be unrealistic. I expect as usual to be inundated with offers, so I will be scrutinising applications closely. I may take some time to respond.
