Custom Wordpress plugin programming

I have a couple of wordpress websites that have a lot of custom programming for various functions. Some of those functions need repair. The freelancer who built them is no longer on the site, so I am looking for a long term partner. But I want to start with the following item:
[login to view URL] has a problem with adding insert cards to the invitation order. When the user adds insert cards to the order, it says that they are included in the order, but when the order is submitted the insert card item is not included in the back office portion.
When you bid on this project, you must provide a detailed explanation of what research you have done to see if you can complete this project and an explanation of similar projects that you have worked on. I will not award the project to any freelancer who just lists the sites they have done. You must talk about the functionality you have created in a wordpress based site.
