Customize Zoho One for Inbound Calls - 27/04/2018 09:35 EDT

We need someone who is a Zoho expert to help set up Zoho One account for the process flow for inbound calls for a fast turnaround project

We need to customize the screen agents will enter data that is super-easy for agents – either through a short sequence on page to capture data as the call progresses from inquiry, service request, to sale and to after sale follow-up.

Our Zoho One is already integrated with Amazon Connect, so the caller ID will be used to identify the customer in case they have called previously. If not, a new entry will be created with account ID generated and allowing the agent to capture data. Basic info such as name, email and phone (from amazon connect) would be mandatory

We also need the same flow for Zoho live chat requests – but here some of the fields such as name and phone will not necessarily be mandatory.

We have integrated Amazon connect below – but need to customize the flow to capture these details and move the ticket as it progresses from enquiry, to sale, to repair and close, as well follow-up Zoho surveys to enquiries and close stages.

This is not a difficult consult for the right person, but it will require that you have experience with Zoho One or the following Zoho Apps integrating together and be able to provide proof of that before I accept your offer.

Upon completion of this job there may be an ongoing offer to improve the process as our needs and understanding of the flow improve
