design a real estate website for capturing leads to buy and sell houses

I would like to create a Real Estate Management System extension for Magento. The website should look almost similar to zillow, [login to view URL], truilia. but just for Florida not across america. Requirements: All the pages should be almost similar in terms of design and functionality so even if I haven't mentioned the functionality below you should assume that this project requires all the functionality of zillow, for e.g, Search box, product list page, product detail page, Search refine tool in left side, create listing page, customer dashboard etc. It should be created as an installable extension which should be compatible with Magento Community and Enterprise (most of the versions) and it should follow the Magento Standard so it's very easy to make future update in new Magento Version. The website will have an IDX feed set up. The main purpose of the website is to generate leads. Buyers, and Sellers. Also I would like people to be able to sell their own house online by making their own listing for a flat rate fee and then our team will put it in the MLS (multiple listings systems). The searchbox and search refine tool should be able to update from the admin by adding new attributes or editing existing. Google map integration to show the house in a satellite map Auto create advanced search based on the attributes Users should be able to create their own listing by filling out the forms similar to zillow doing a for sale by owner or make me move. There can be some additional requirement (about 30% more) Some design changes will be done once the functionality is complete Connect with Facebook for user registration and ads managment.
