As the Web Developer, you will be a core team member involved in the creation, development, deployment, and maintenance of our website by using the latest technologies. You are also expected to: • Interact with the manager to understand our company objectives and our audience demographics • Collaborate with designers to determine the concept and direction of our website • Work with a manager and designers to ensure consistency in visual tone and style • Translate direction and style from the creative brief into efficient and effective code • Maintain high standards and exercise quality control • Make creative suggestions to the manager as needed • Develop and maintain harmonious relationships with manager and designers through all conceptual and design phases, including the presentation of our website • Have a College Degree in any computer-related field. • Have a minimum of 3-5 years related experience • Have knowledge of HTML, PHP, JAVASCRIPT, XHTML, BootStrap, CSS and can handle E-commerce websites, CMS like Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Magento, Troubleshooting, Re-coding, SEO Friendly Site • Be familiar with trends in design and technology • Have a passion in programming and troubleshooting • Reside near Muntinlupa, San Pedro, Biñan, Sta. Rosa or Cabuyao, Laguna • Report to the office and work with a team from Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm during the first month
