Develop Web Application Similar to Yelp (For Medical Providers)

We are looking to hire a professional web developer to create a website application that is similar to Yelp, that allows users to search for and review medical and health care providers. Desired front-end features: - Users should be able to login and create user profiles, modify their profile information, add and review providers, and save/compare favorite providers - Allow providers to claim their page and edit their information - Search - When a user visits the site, recognize user's location and automatically create a search which displays all of the available providers near the users location using the Google Maps API - Search for providers within a geographic radius of the address or zipcode specified. Results should be displayed as icons on a Google Map. - Advanced search by keyword, location (city, state, zip), provider type, and sub-specialty. Sub-specialties are different depending upon provider type, so this must be loaded in a dropdown menu dependent upon which "provider type(s)" is selected. The user must be able to search for multiple provider types and the associated "sub-specialtys" in one search. A custom javascript menu must be designed to accommodate this search feature. - Filter search results by (number of stars by review category and overall, distance from search location in miles, posted by (self, friend, family, client) which is specified in the provider review, recommended by others (% of reviewers who say yes to this review question)) - Permit users to select and compare multiple listings - Allow users to favorite different providers and share provider pages with others via email, facebook, twitter, etc. - Permit users to review providers on custom fields determined in the administrative page - Enable "Get Directions" feature on each provider page - On each provider page, display provider name, address, website, phone number, and details (provided in CSV upload) - On each provider page display street view and map view images via the Google Maps API using the address specified in CSV file upload - Desired administrative features - Upload csv file of providers - Columns will provide (1) details on the provider address and details to load to each provider page and (2) criteria to filter on (i.e., specialties, payer options, exclusion criteria, days/hours or operation, etc.) - Assign map icons to different provider types - Allow customization of review criteria - Allow administrator ability to email registered users - Allow administrator to approve reviews, new providers, and providers who have claimed their page. Technology - PHP, MySQL, Javascript/jQuery, CSS, HTML5, Google Maps API - Must be developed with model-view controller framework. All code must be commented so it can be worked on by other developers later. - Mobile-first responsive website design
