Developer needed for a freelancer app(React Native)

I want to create a freelancer job app like [login to view URL] or freelancer.com with the following features: • Profiles User accounts with editable information – bio, images, interests, location, etc. • Matching System algorithms to match users, to offer possible jobs, adjustable settings • Push notifications Real-time alerts about events within the app – messages, jobs, reminders, etc. • Chat / messaging For users to communicate with each other • Social integration Login with social media accounts, app integration to collect data for user profiles and job offerings • Payment & contract Handling payments and confirmation of the freelance job agreement between the job poster and the freelancer. Payment and project history should be kept up to date in the users accounts. • Webpresence, XU, XI The app should be hybrid for both IOS and Android as well as to acces through desktops and PC’s, therefore I'd prefer it to be developed in React Native. The app should be maintained, extended and updated by a full stack inhouse developer, so it should be in commonly used programming language and templates, understandable for average skilled developers.
