Development on an app for divento.com

Hi there, As per my understanding, iOS and Android app for the creation, downloading and management of travelling itineraries using divento.com. The user will login and can create the itinerary based on the theme preferences, destination, opening and closing dates and location. Questions: - The users will be created by through web and in the app they will be able to login only? - The API's will be provided for the database access and functionalities for the divento? - Kindly send the required features list and more details? ======== I have also consulted with my technical team lead & few other programmer, so we are ready to take this project. However, my main concern is that our estimate is higher than your set budget of £1,500, so I am not sure how much flexibility you have in your budget.
