Hi I have a system, where people ask for tasks to be done. Currently for each of the tasks, a human is asking for things weren't cleared in our custom chat. chat conversation is made until task is clear. some tasks take few hours to be answered by human, so.i wanted to shorten times, and ask for additional information if not exist in the initial task, immediately after task opened, when the person asked for the task is still online. after a few hours, the human will come and do the task or ask for additional clarifications, but not it will be more fine tuned... need an experienced AI developer, that will build that bot, that should be constantly learning from the conversations made, by the bot and humans.
