Drupal 8 development and migrate

Hi: We already have a solution for drupal 7 that works ok. We work with event registrations and we use line itens to acomplish the following: 1) People register for one or more events at once using commerce module and they fill the fields that are associated with each event/product (name, date of birth, t-shirt size, and so on); 2) People pay using portuguese ATM Multibanco - for that there is this module in drupal 7: [login to view URL] (this is for drupal7); 3) After the payment is done the order is changed to completed and an unique bib number for a specific event is atributed to that line itens so that in the end we have something like this in a view: bibnumber: 25 Name: Manuel Moreira Team: Runner Club DateOfBirth: 15(10/1972 T-shirt size: L (and so on..) Please note that not all the events have the same fields. We would like to ask you for a quotation for: a) drupal8 module development - a version of [login to view URL] (this is for drupal7); b) Stripe configuration - this is for credit card paymennts c) Should atribute a bib number for a specific event/product after the payment has been done - we have several events/products - for that there must be a start bib number (imagine that we have a kids race and we need the bib number to start in 3000) - an idea is to have the first bib in 3000 and the others 3001, 3002 and so on.
