Dynamic Quiz Module

I need a quiz based script which would be database driven. Lets say there would be a table called <<quiz_day>> which would have 20 questions. Quiz would be start at a particular time and question 1 appear and its 3 or 4 objective answers. User has to choose one out of those 4 answers and wait. Every question has a time of 15 seconds. And as soon as time out. Screen will display the correct answer. And then user will notify whether his answer was right or wrong. And then he will move to next question. Second question will come automatically, and same action as in previous screen. For every correct answer he will get 1 point. There are negative marking., for every wrong answers he will penalize -1. Once the quiz end all users will notify with their results as well as leader-board with top 50 users. Process Flow: Quiz start -> First question appear with its multiple choice answers -> time start -> user choose an answer -> Time Up(15 sec) -> System will show the correct answer -> System will show whether user select correct answer or wrong answer(system will show answer entered by user with green background if this is correct else in red if its wrong) -> wait for 5 sec -> System will move to next question Note: All questions would be stored in a table All multiple choices would be stored in another table Answers submitted by user would be stored in another table We do not require any registration module that is already we have.
