I already developed a Payroll Management system which is a HR software. It maintain attendance for our client company. I built my HR Software with Asp.Net and SQL Server. This software is used by many companies to combine a number of necessary HR functions, such as storing employee data, managing payrolls, recruitment processes, benefits administration, and keeping track of attendance records. It ensures everyday to employees that the processes are manageable and easy to access.
In my software I have Recruitment Module, Onboarding, Performance Management, Administration, Absence and Leave, Time and Attendance, HR Analytics, New employee join facilities.
The Performance Management Module provides monitoring functionality and also contains Manages all the reviews and feedback to the system, Guides for creating and filling forms, Provides necessary notifications to employees, Delivers a selective review system for individual etc.
The Absence and Leave module works with the company policy like Information on leave balance for any kind of time off, Granting rights to HR department, Allowing all employees to view their leave history etc.
The Time and Attendance module has timings regularities, biometric information, and attendance, etc. I put Calendar appearance for better visualization of employee attendance and Management for overtime.
In HR Analytics module there is Other Systems to generate reports which give a larger view on the overall performance.
