Explain some issues regarding backups

Hello,
we need a developer who is able to explain us:
1.) What is saved in which database
2.) Which back up do we have to do when we need to save one of our website seperatley.
We are hosting our websites with godaddy. And bought a cpannel hosting there, with which we are hosting 3 websites in total.
When we head to ´backup wizzard´ in the cpanel we can choose between:
a) full back up b) home directory c) my SQL databases
We need to know if we are doing a ´full back up´ or a ´home directory back up´ what exactly will be backed up. Which website, which documents etc.
Same goes for my SQL databases. We are having a few databases saved (some might be old ones). What is saved in which back up.
We do expect the explanation in a proper file incl. screenshots if needed, not via text message.
Please let me know your fix price as well as which access data you need.

full backup means it will backup: databases, files and emails. home backup will backup only files. Better make manual backup by exporting database from phpmyadmin and compessing the folders.
