I currently have vtiger on demand. We would like all facebook messages that come into our page create a case inside of vtiger. Then when we reply back to that case in vtiger the message should be sent back to the customer. Then when the customer replies back it should reopen the case in vtiger showing the response from the customer in the vtiger case.
Also all comments & wall post would need to create a case in vtiger. Then when we reply to the case in vtiger it should reply back to the customers comment or wall post. Then if they respond back it should reopen the case.
