I am looking for someone to create a chatbot that can interact thru the following services: Web client Facebook Slack It will be fed with a knowledge base of answers (either via web link that it can index or via csv file) I would prefer it to be built on Google's Dialogflow system as it already has the capacity to interact with the services previously listed. People would ask it things like "How does cloning work" Or simply "cloning" And it would search a predefined list of knowledge bases for the answer. It would also be great if it can detect where people are coming from for conditional based answers such as "Where is my distributor" And it searches that IP and works out which distributor from a pre defined list (csv) is closest System also needs to log all the conversations. (Dialogflow already does this)
