Formatting Fixes to New WordPress Site | Fix Roll-Over to Work In Chrome & More

I've been working with a developer to build a site for a film production company. It's almost finished. The end result needs to be a beautiful site with a clean sense of design. I need a skilled freelancer who can help with some fixes & custom programming to the near finished site.
1. The video display feature shows an image of each video - when you roll over the image, the video title and a play arrow show up. It looks and works great on Safari - but the roll-over copy and arrow don't show on Chrome. Need a fix so that it works the same across all platforms.
2. For mobile version of the site - need the video title text to display permanently over the video images (since there is no roll-over capability on the phone). SEE EXAMPLE BELOW OF COMPETITIVE SITE THAT DOES IT WELL.
3. Also for the mobile version of the site - some of the images on the About page look squished on the mobile version only. Need a fix so that all images are blocked to the same size on mobile. SEE ATTACHED PIC WITH ARROWS POINTING TO THE SQUISHED PICTURE.
4. Bar Navigation Feature: the Salient site template uses a 3-line navigation device in the top right corner of the site that's a bit odd. The 3 bars are not equal sized. Is there a way to custom program to update the nav. feature design to look like most standard nav with 3 equal sized bars?
