Frontend Developer for ongoing project (ADULT 18+ COMPANY)

Hello, We are an adult gay company and are looking for a frontend developer. We don't need somebody full time, but rather on a per-hour basis. We often have small and medium-sized tasks. Those involve javascript coding, CSS adjustments, PSD to HTML5 conversion, etc. We'd like to hire an expert or a small team of experts that we could reach within a day to discuss and start working on our tasks. We do NOT use Wordpress, Joomla, Magenta, etc. If you are an expert in those great programs, please do NOT bid. We are looking for a professional or a team with pure CSS, HTML5, Javascript knowledge. Not a framework expert. In case you are curious, we use KVS (Kernel Video Sharing) - a custom PHP engine designed for Adult websites. The templates are done in Smarty. In case you also know Smarty, is a bonus, but not a requirement. It's also a bonus to know PHP 5.6, but also not a requirement. Thank you for reading so far.
