Full Website with Web2Print solution + SEO / Programing only

I am looking for a programmer to develop a fully functional website with a Web to print (W2P) solution - including front and back ends ; Front end to be preferably in Javascript or Flash (2 examples of expected solutions will be provided). Important knowledge in SEO will be an asset in the determination of the best offer. In collaboration with our designer team, he will create the specific coding to link our design and to optimise the Google positioning.. Moreover, it should create a fully functional W2P solution who will create and store customer files generated by the W2P in an archive and must be able to generate print ready PDF files (with watermark) from uploaded and from files that are created using the online designer tool. When the PDF will be generated, it should also be possible for the prospect to see this page into a page flip software (licence will be bought during the work). The system will be able to work with online payment systems. The backend will have ability to generate electronic workorders and provide the production manager with print ready files. The system should be very flexible for upgrading and allow for new products to be added. There should be a tool that will allow the administration to design templates that can be added for future use. It should be able to export customer data into a database for marketing purposes. We would ask also to the applicants a follow-up assistance for the first month after the delivery of the final version of the website. The applicants should be experienced programmers in PHP, AJAX, JAVASCRIPT, Flash, CSS and ACTIONSCRIPT, MySQL, XML. We are looking for a dedicated programmer that will be able to complete this project in a defined period (not looking for Asap solutions). All codes and copyright would belong to our company. We have also attached different samples of actual website we'd like to reach at least. The lowest bidder may not be the chosen company - as we are looking qualified programmers - we would request to see a portfolio and/or past experience in relationship with SEO.
