Google Sheets JavaScript Help

I have a CRM, which i made using google sheets. I have a template CRM, which, when I create a new client, I copy and rename and then that copy becomes that clients CRM. I need to have a picture inserted into my google sheet and a javascript in place so that when the picture is clicked it opens a new browser window and goes to a specific google drive folder (Basically trying to create a clickable icon). The specific google drive folder/file has to be chosen somehow in the beginning of my entering in a new client into an already copied CRM template. So, for example, I imagine that upon some event, like entering in some text into a certain cell (like client's name), there would be a pop-up box, that asks me to link the clients google drive folder/file, and upon selection of the folder/file, that would link directly to the picture/icon that, then, after the linking, would be clickable and would open a new browser window that takes the clicker to the google drive folder.
