Graphic/Photoshop and some Joomla work simple

I need some simple graphic work on some images on my Joomla template. I will also need a few modifications to the template. The work I need is on this site: [login to view URL] Work is: 1. On home page at top (inset) The images "From Powder" and "to Perfection" need to be put on a white banner, with same warp type wrap. The banner will be white, letters transparent. May take several banner styles to pick right one, but I can send samples. Also I need to have the Leeco logo, and two word banners, and social links be the only thing viewed on landing on the site, if you look at it now, you can see a little of the next section/article below the social links on the screen. I want a clean look so will need to add padding or space either below From Perfection banner or below social icons. 2. In section or banner 7, there is are 3 icons and some flash links. I need that section to cover full screen when you scroll to it. Not the icons full screen, but the background area. The icons should be centered across. Also will provide some images to replace the Quality icon and the Shipping icon. It should view when scroll to that section, the American Made icon shows first, then delay and the left icon, then right icon comes into view. Remove the beer links that are half visible, and will make the images I provide you links to other pages on website. 3. On the "our People" page, I need the layout smaller, so there is some white sidebar on each side. Probably reduce by 25%? This is simple work. Should be done in a day. Do not auto reply on this bid.
