I got an appointment booking page, after the customer hit Submit button it insert informations into the database, display a message "Appointment Booking Sucessfully" and then automatic forward to our homepage. The informations is saved in the database but no message display and no forward the customer to the home page. This is the url you can check it out: [login to view URL]
