Help me in RGB

I'm doing a project based on RGB colours. It requires working with Java (three static methods in java: linearBox, linearOct, and phaseShift which manipulates an image). In order to run your program you should use the command javac [login to view URL] followed by java IFrame: 1)The file supplied to you will compile, but only because some of the template is commented out. If you remove the comment delimiters, obviously the code will not compile! So work step-by-step, gradually adding in your own code, altering the positions of the comment delimiters. 2)You need to fill in the ?? in [login to view URL] with your own code. This will take time! You will need to read this page, and others, before you can start. Also, read the comments in the Java file which give you quite a lot of help in working out what the ?? should be. You should also add in some comments of your own, to remind yourself what your ?? code is doing. 3)You can do the methods in any order - they are independent of each other. But linearOct requires some coordinate geometry, and is the most difficult method, so you might wish to leave this until last. And both linearBox and linearOct require linTrans and octlinTrans. 4)However, as a first step, READ THE SPECIFICATION OF linearBox, but then try working on linearBox and writing code to produce ONLY the grey pixel transformation (this is easy). Once you have done this, you will have developed some confidence in working with image transformations. 5)Now go back to [login to view URL]: Note that linearBox calls linTrans. linTrans computes a value prei from a value i in terms of O, D, and P. linTrans is an example of a typical inverse function g^(-1) from the lectures: it implements the inverse of the reflection g described in [login to view URL], where mi = g(i) for any i on O to D. (Thus if i is in fact on D to P, then prei = g^(-1)(i) and of course g(prei) = i). REMEMBER: you only code up g^(-1), calculating prei values from i values, where i ranges over the "positions pixels are moved to". 6)linearOct calls octlinTrans, itself calling linTrans. Each call of linTrans is on a line ODP and diagram2+3 shows you some pictures of a typical ODP. These are the questions. If you're interested message me because I have documents for this.
