Help ticket support for SaaS company. Initially 3 nights a week x 3 hours working with business owners and software development team. Owners based in Brisbane and development team based in Ahmedabad. Looking for someone who has fluent English and Gujarati to learn the software product so they can understand issues raised in the ticketing system by customers and provide guidance to development team to rectify issues. Will require ability to fully test system to confirm issue resolution. Ideal position for Uni student from India looking for long term position with growing company. Starting salary $20 hour. Must be Brisbane based as face to face with owners is essential during initial learning phase.
