High-End webshop

For this project we need something special. We would like to use a drupal webshop (if you have other idea that's ok too) to make a high-end webshop. What needs to be done for this drupal webshop: - Nice, clean and easy layout. - Artists can subscribe (with our permission) onto our website - customers can 'order' an artist to make a custom made video for them (Example: Can you wish my sister a happy birthday) - Artists can choose at any time what amount of money they ask. (We take a 20 or 30% cut on that amount, all payments will go to us and we pay them out manually.) - After payment Artists get a notification and can check their orders on their artist login page with all the orders: They can see the discription very easy AND with every order an upload link for their movie. When they upload the movie for the customer the customer will automatically get an email with the download link. - artists have a good and easy overview on how many orders they made, what already earned, etc.... - A button where the artist can sets himself on inactive if he does not want to accept any orders for a period of time. This is an easy overview of what we want. We hope to find somebody that wants to help us and work with us in the future as we would like to update the website a few times with new ideas.
