Looking to build a Saas from scratch using Angular 6+ for front end and CodeIgniter for API backend with a mysql DB. The App will assist investigators record snippets of information to build a bigger picture of a case as it evolves. The App will need to have multiple user accounts, multiple accounts, multiple cases along with Nodes, Links and attachments. It will require a monthly subscription for users and all data needs to be encrypted when stored in the DB and decrypted on retrieval. Users will need to have varying permissions and an owner of a case will need to be able to invite others to share the case and collaborate. The app will make use of many graph types to represent data input into a case including ForceDirected Graphs and Timelines. The app will also be able to produce automated pdf briefs from all data in a case in a logical manner for humans to be able to read and comprehend the current status of an investigation.
