I'm looking to build a simple trials forms site, for the trial of some cloud services : services from Zoho (CRM, Desk, Projects, ...) and Google (G Suite). The Zoho trials page is just a simple page to dynamically display the correct signup code/form according to the Zoho service selected. The Google G Suite Trial form collects the customer information and creates a new trial customer/subscription and a new admin user for the customer to login. The more detailed specification is in the attached file. These Trials Forms project is more like a test project for the next bigger project we are looking to implement (customer payments portal), so although this is a simpler project I'm asking for certain things technically to be able to evaluate if you can deliver what we need/want. More detailed specification and requirements are attached. I think it covers more or less what is needed.
