To develop the leasing calculator in the Magento site. The design of the calculator to follow the layout sample sites suggested. The criteria that are to be implemented for all calculations are: a. Startup fee ( 1295) b. Deposit of 3 months leasing fee c. Residual value ( 10%) d. Insurance amount ( 3% of borrowed amount) Interest rate calculation based on the amount for the lease period Example: Above 15000 Kr - 12 months - 9.2% - 18 months - 6.46% - 24 months - 5.11% - 36 months - 3.77% - 48 months - 3.12% Different tier rates of interest based on the money borrowed: a. Over kr 15000 b. Over kr.50,000 c. over kr.100,000 d. Over kr.300,000 The results to be displayed are : a. For a 51000 cost and 24 month payment b. Interest = 4.82% c. Monthly fee = 2458.2 d. 3 Months advance deposit = 7374.6 e. 10% residual pay = 5100 (to pay at end of leasing) f.
