E-Mail <-> WebChat <-> E-Mail Integration (Cron Job, PHP Mail PHP3 Access, Gsuite, Wordpress Info Chat Server externally hosted)

Required knowledge due to the architecture used: - Cron Jobs - PHP Mail PHP3 Access - Wordpress info Chat Server (externally hosted) POP3 Mail to PHP access ( We are using Gsuite ) [login to view URL] <-- This is our webchat There are 3 parties that use it, lets call it party A B and C. So messages will be between A <-> B. and between B <->C. All messages will be sent via system@*****.com ------------------------------------------------------ • E-Mail header contains an {orderID} field. This is used for the cron identifier. If you are not able to add it on the subject, we will have the {orderID} cron in the E-Mail. • If a party writes a message, don't instantly send an e-mail. WAIT for 3 minutes before collecting all previously unsent messages to the other party. • If the other party has replied to the message via the web panel within that 3 minutes, don't send a e-mail. notification. • The E-Mail sent from the writer to the receiver should contain all messages that has been written within that 3 minutes, including all messages before that, that the receiver has not seen or replied to. For example, if the first party sends another message 2 hours later, and there is still no response from the receiver, then the chat messages from the previous e-mail/previous chats are sent as well. • A B or C can reply to a message via E-Mail to system@**** and it will post it to the webchat ([login to view URL])
