Mobile app with map for Android & IOS first stage

We need an mobile app:
Map like google map, with user location
-Places has to be shown
-when user clicks on place, details has to come up with photos, link, and more details of that place (don't close the map)
-same behavour as google map: When user zooms, more places has to show up (less important places)
--same behavour as google map: places cannot be on top of each other: show only more important place
-navigation we need: we need navigation to the place that user selects: walk, car, buplic transport
-places stored in database table(s), we dont need admin area.
This is the first stage only of our application: if ready we'll do the other stages.
Payment: 80% when all the code finished and transfered to us. 20% when tested and bugs are fixed.
Payment:
Delay: 1%less per day
Earlier finsh: 1% extra per day

Place icons should be customised, not google icons. Every place can have different icons.
