MSISOFT-PB 20160908 PB CHARITY WEBSITE – Invite Msissoft FREELANCER PROJECT COST - $100 K & FUINCTIONALITY OF THESE WEBSITES: Purpose of Website – Spread the word and enthusiasm for Global Peace. One-stop Web Portal for all Non-Profits to add their websites to the PB database for sharing, posting, and holding programs and events and also enabling sign-ups as Partners [login to view URL] Sponsors. Website should to Invite/Convince other non-Profit, charitable, institutions, groups, and businesses to join or link their websites to the PB web portal. Website should instill and invoke feeling of peace, understanding, non-violence, comraderie, togetherness. A prominently placed DONATE button on each webpage will ensure maximum daily exposure. DONATE button-payments processed via our PayPal Merchant account for PayPal/All major Credit Cards. Project Requirements As Follows: 1. Need new website responsive. 2. Final completed version of website provide to us via FTP or Dropbox, all website files, databases (if site has/needs one), and also to produce a PSD. 4. Provide a detailed Project document specifying all software and database products and version numbers used to produce website. 5. Need ability to change or update any content ourselves anytime. Provide Admin Back-End and PW. 6. Website with 8-15 photos and 2-3 video links. 7. Time Of Essence – Website needs to be completed within 7-10 after start-date. with throughly tested and approved, and Web-LIVE by September 18, 2016. 8. Vendor must provide reasonable help services for 5 days after Project completion, just in case something does not work, therefore Project Payment shall be in 4 Milestones; Thirty percent (30%) of Total Project Cost (TPC) shall be paid at project start; Thirty percent (30%) of TPC paid after completion and approval of design stage,; Thirty percent (30%) of TPC paid upon completion, thorough testing of all links and functionality and approval finished website; Ten percent (10%) paid after Completion or by September 22, 2016, whichever is later. 9. Vendor agrees to hold all information and materials used and created in strict confidence. Buyer to have exclusive & sole ownership, full and complete rights to the work product and entire website
