We just finished new Lightspeed Ecommerce website as our online shopping cart. Want to now setup email marketing connection that integrates. Klaviyo is our preferred email CRM. Unfortunately they don't yet have a Lightspeed App or direct integration. API is our only option.

Here's what we want track & communicate

1.) Use Klaviyo JavaScript API (Tell Klaviyo when the following events happen on Lightspeed):

>> Website Activity - When customers visit your website

>> Viewed Product - When customers view products

>> Checkout Started - When visitors start the checkout process (used to trigger Abandoned Cart emails)

2.) Use Klaviyo server side API (Tell Klaviyo when the following events happen on Lightspeed):

>> Orders and Order Items - Purchase events and the items that comprise those purchases

We have our own Klaviyo rep. They tell us many companies have easily setup full API tracking in less than 2-3 hours. This shouldn't be a long hard project for API expert.
