i need to build search scan indicator on thinkorswim platform

I want to build a study scan for thinkorswim, If first bar close above yesterday high or close under first bar low+ 2 bar later inside first bar, appear on stock list. If bar 2 or any bar close above yes high/low and 2 bar later insside that bar, apprea on my stock list. The timeframe is 15', 20', 30' chart with my choice of 15', 20' or 30' depend on how busy of day), then it is auto appear on my scan.
Since this study scan is multi time happen, i want this scan is not delete old stock symbol but will keep add new stock if new stock symbol appear
My explain may difficult to understand, but i will provide charts to make clrealy my point.
Also, please understand that I have bad experience for late delivery, so please give me exactly delivery days. If project can't be complete on time, it will consider as abandon.
