Need a design mock up website.

Need the a web developer with web development and adobe photoshop experience. I need a dog tag template website which will create images after uploading the design on the dog tag mock up. Please see the video below for what I need on the website. Here are the elements that I need for this website – 1. There will be a dog tag images in the page, and the user will be able to click upload button to upload a file/design. The design should be on .png/.jpeg format. Once the design is uploaded the user will see the design on the top of the dog tag mock up. After uploading the design the user will be able to adjust the design to fix it in the middle of the mock up of the dog tag, after the user clicks on the next button the design will then be placed on the other necklace mock up images. User will be able to see all the mock up images on the top of the template images. I need images from the following product as templates for my dog tags as my template images. Make all the images 1000 * 1200 px – [login to view URL] Here is video of how the template with the images of the dog tag look - [login to view URL] Also, I need another image template that contains both the necklace image and this pouch picture together into one image as a template. After the design placed on the templates, the user will be able to click download button which will then open a pop up, and then the user will be able to select either the user wants to save the images in .png or .jpeg format. Upon selecting the image type the user will be able to click the save button. Once the user clicks the save button the images will be save in a .zip file with all the template images with the design. All the images have to be on 1000*1200 px. After the images are saved, the user will be going back to the initial home page
