Need Magento 1 extension Converted to Magento 2 Module --Repost

We have a magento 1 extension which sends order data to an API endpoint. Now need the same feature in our new magento 2 website. These are the things the extension does:
1. When order is placed order data is sent to CRM using curl POST Data.
2. If it fails, order view page shows that with red text and a button to resend.
3. after successful that order shows that in green text and a button to resend the order data is shown.
4. API URL and keys are set in config.
I have attached the pictures from our current Magento 1.9 version.
