i need php/ci & html/css/js to integrate a html/css/js mega menu in my php/ci system's menu

I need a php/ci expert with expertise in html/css/js for a very simple strict and accurate easy task. the task is the following: 1. I have a website which have multi themes, some with horizental menus, and some with vertical menus , and when hovering and clicking on a primary menu item, it open sub menu (sub category), then sub sub uitem whech open a link. (image 1) 2. I want to integrate this [login to view URL], where I want to keep the systems primary menu structe system, and when hovering on it, or clicking on it, it open a panel of the mega menu and open the sub menu (sub sub menu, sub categories inside). (image 2) Note: this is a quick job for an hour or so, not days. Note2: I will not award/release milestone anyone before full completion of the task , 100%, bug free, and fully tested on mobile and pc and in time. and i will not accept 99% project, either 100% in time or nothing.
